Bodily Injury Liablity Coverage?

I got into an accident a while back and not i got this letter from insurance company saying the person i injured is saying her injuries cost 60,000. My Bodily injury liablity is 25,000/50,000. Her settlement says that "...demands policy limits as full and final settlement for the injures..." Does this mean that she only wants the 25,000 that the insurance company will cover?
