Iam soo worried help....!!?

my mare Star is pregnant at the minute and we had the vet out to her a few days ago,because she was looking quite paniced and reastless. he checked her and said that she was ok and the foal had about 2-3 weeks before appearing. we took him on his word and he went, but now she is very off colour and is sweating up she has been for the past 3 hours and standing up and laying down for the past hour. i think that she is ready to foal but every body on the yard is saying thats she isnt and like the vet said the foal has got a few more weeks yet. i tryed to give her an apple aboout 4 hours ago but she wont take it and even then she was looking quite worried and paniced. she hasnt drunk any water today and iam really worried. i want to call the vet but my dad wont let me until he is apsalutly sure that she is foaling because the vet is very expensive (almost �100 a call out) please help what should i do???
