What does she really want?

Ok, this girl and I have been really close for awhile now and we told each other our true feelings. We both love each other very much and she tells me that everyday, and me likewise. But this is what I really don't get. Like I said, she loves me, but she never calls/texts me to hangout, but she'll call others to hangout. Others, I mean other guys. I'm not a very jealous person; it takes a lot to get me jealous. It just gets to me that she does that. I really don't get it! And yesterday she told me to hit her up after football to hangout. I did and I was waiting for her to call or text back; she never did. And I found out that she was with this other kid (the other kid and her go way back, almost like brother and sister). That bothered me a little bit but what really got to me was that she didn't let me know she had other plans. I would really appreciate everyone's opinion.
