How do i make someone get attracted to me?

I'm a biual gal and I saw this woman.. older than me by 4 years... I'm attracted to her... and I want her to be attracted to me... She's my doctor though, so I'm thinking that there might be sorta a downside here... would it? I'm not a straightforward type to tell how I feel... But I really do have a crush on her... Can someone help me? I'm not very sure though that she's a but she seems like it with her hair short and well her shoes are for guys, flats more like rubber shoes underneath the lab coat.... Please advice! :D
