Getting Mcgrady is quite a stretch for the Cavs but you are correct about adding better players. Role players is what they are looking for. Some inside scoring would help too. With Ben Wallace and Verajao being their main players inside, they wont score any points outside of wide open dunks. I think they pick up a good scorer inside.
