Please, NEED title to a movie!?

this movie is old maybe made in the late 80's or 90's. there r 2 female main characters. one girl had short blonde hair, kinda tom-boyish and road a motorcylce. while the other chick was more feminine and i think she got d or beaten(possibly both) in the movie. the song Tainted Love played in it..... i member one scene where i think they stopped and went into brown colored water, the tomboy went underneath, while the feminine one got scared cuz she didnt want her to see the bruises on her legs! PLEASE give me anything that even sounds similar to this movie!
