Question for those who claim to be Christians: Are you certain that you'll make it to heaven? Why? Explain pls

I am Catholic and believe I [if i continue to grow even farther in my faith] will make it to heaven. Other than trying to sin very little, I try to put my complete trust and faith in Jesus Christ. God knows that we are human, and are prone to sin. We just have to try our best to not fall victim to temptation and know that God is a forgiving and merciful God. Hopes this answers your question!
