I have a wireless network using Linksys WAP54G and WMP54G when my card is enable, AUTO CAD become slow?

Use performance monitor to monitor ur network card. I noticed that happening on my XP laptop as well, usually is a good fix to increase memory and freeing resources by stopping any services u don't need. Wireless conversations are very chatty and expensive on the network card which in turn can be expensive on the mem and CPU while wireless is enabled,, even to the point where i started to keep my card disabled when i wasn't channel hopping =) But ur pretty much right, that is the reason AUTO CAD is slow, the softwares are fighting for memory. If u choose not to take my method u can surely increase memory and that should help,, anything more would be making sure ur network card match the AP exactly maybe disable mixed mode on the AP and card if thats a relevant option choose a channel that isn't crowded to pitch and receive ur RF and make sure u use encryption on ur wireless AP so that it's remains private and ur not competing with ,, well people like me to have ur own wireless signal, and u should be fine =))))))
