Question about interior lights on a car?

The other day I noticed that when I went out to my car, opened the door, and none of the interior lights illuminated. Well the only reason this would be is if one of the lights were left on, which fortunately after 10 minutes the car shuts all the lights off so I won't have a dead battery. So i start up the car, the lights inside turn on, and stay on? I close the drivers side door, they go off, like normal. A couple minutes later they popped back on again, and stayed on. I opened and closed the drivers side door again, again it did the same thing. I opened the penger side door while the lights were illuminated, closed it but this time the lights still stayed on. Is there a short some where maybe? I took it to the car wash a couple hours before it started acting up and used the high pressure wash due to all the salt they throw down on the roads here in Ohio. Would that have had anything to do with it?
