Someone stole my ipod is there some way i can like control it on itunes.?

okay i lost my ipod so i went on itunes to see the activity. and (sigh) somebodies been downloading apps. i called apple and they set the alarm thing or watevr on it so if someone uses the serial number theyll contact me. But i was wondering if i like go on my account on itunes can i like delete apps thats on my ipod and stuff. (you know just to mess with the person that took it) so if you can help thanx veryyyy much!!!!!!!!!!!
