Statistically, what breed of dog is the most likely to bite someone. Chihuahua?

I know its has to be a small dog, i`m guessing its the chi, or maybe the pom. Yes i realize that a chow will cause more damage per bite, but i think a chihuahua is more likely to bite. Yes i realize that its a training issue and any breed can be aggressive with inadequate training. I`m just asking about statistically. What breed of dog bites humans the most.
