What are the chances of my dermals getting an infection?

Im getting dermals in my hips in a few days. i have my belly and nose done. they are fully healed and ive had little problems with them. what are the chances of my dermals getting infected? im not talking about sore and redness. i mean that nasty grossness. the piercing lady said no cleaners (bactine, aocohol, etc) just use a salt water cleaner theyll give me. i know theres a risk, and i know they have to be cut out, but whats the chances of getting a major infection with them?
