Why are East German women nostalgic about the former Communist regime?

I lived there, numbnuts. Like all places there are good things and bad things. Even after the fall of the wall, the social programs were very good, and God forbid, poorer people had a semblance of a decent life. Communism sucks for many reasons, but so does dog eat dog capitalism. If you fascists had your way, the US government wouldn't exist. Don't you think humans created governments for a reason? We need them to meet our needs. Are you going to pave your own highway or build the Cletus A. Bunglicker bridge that only you can drive on? You are a fool.
