Will The Black Veil Brides have their debut album for sale here in Singapore?

I absolutely love this rock band called the Black Veil Brides, however they are not very popular and as of now they've only released an EP. Their debut album "We Stitch These Wounds" comes out in the States on July 20th, but I'm very cynical it will be sold here in Singapore. I asked a CD shop whether it'd be coming out and the salesman told me it was unlikely that they would because they're a mainstream band, but its possible a few copies will be on sale. I've got no idea what's happening, so if there are any BVB fans that have an idea or Singapore locals who have more info on this, please please let me know, for I love this band.
