I just swallowed an entire dose of Zianna. (Clindamycin Phosphate) Will I die?

I was fiddling with the cap mistaking it for another and I bit it and swallowed some of it. I called poison control and they said I would probably be fine but it's been a few hours and now my stomach hurts and it feels cramped. Will I be alright?
