I use a 3 day ault pack.It has plenty of room and I can get to everything in it easily.You carry a lot of gear.Even more than me and I thought I had a lot.But for long term survival I think you have a good set up.I hope you work out because it will get heavy after a while.Maybe replace some of your food with high protein and calorie foods.Also vitamins like B12 and magnesium are good for energy and muscle function and are very cheap.
